Lead the delivery of AI-powered features across our public safety and administration products. You will turn ideas into clear plans, keep cross-functional teams on track and make sure what we ship is safe, useful and trusted by public agencies.
What you'll do
- Plan and run AI projects from discovery to launch
- Coordinate engineering, product, legal and customer teams
- Track scope, risks, budgets and timelines and report status to leadership
- Work with agency customers to gather requirements and run pilots
- Make sure AI features meet privacy, security and responsible-use standards
What you bring
- 5+ years managing software projects, ideally in SaaS or the public sector
- Experience delivering AI, machine learning or data projects
- Strong communication with both technical and non-technical people
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an asset
