What you'll do
- Lead setup and configuration for new customers
- Run training sessions for agency staff
- Plan data migration with customer IT teams
- Manage go-live checklists and timelines
- Hand over to support with clear documentation
What you bring
- 3+ years implementing business software
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Organised and able to manage several projects at once
- Willing to travel to customer sites as needed
