What you'll do
- Run requirements sessions with customers and internal teams
- Write user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria
- Analyse current workflows and recommend improvements
- Support testing and sign-off for new releases
- Keep documentation clear and up to date
What you bring
- 3+ years as a business analyst on software projects
- Comfortable with process mapping, user stories and UAT
- Clear writer and confident facilitator
- Public sector or government experience is an asset
